Be. Retail Training Program
Be. is a cannabis retail brand that seeks to deliver a fully immersive, consistent, and customer-first experience across its stores. Be. stores’ personnel are the critical force of how the Be. experience comes to life as a customer obsessed brand. Providing friendly, attentive and knowledgeable customer service will be the strongest point of differentiation so it is crucial that all Be. store personnel can quickly identify each customer’s unique needs and deliver a purposeful experience that addresses those needs. Through dedicated customer service training and online cannabis education modules, Be. store personnel will be armed with the tools to effectively serve their consumers. To ensure consistent customer service throughout Be. stores, this program will be deployed nationwide for new store launches and training refresher programs.
I created and designed the materials for Be.’s retail training program, including the customer service manual used during in-store training, the online education module each employee must take, and the certificate they receive upon passing their training.
